Ingredients:
Coffee Cake

- 1 pkg (250 g) mini-marshmallows
- 2 tbsp tablespoons (30 ml) of coffee in a cup of hot water
- 1 pint (1 cup, 250 ml) whipped cream
- 1 can (400 g) graham crackers

Preparation:
Coffee Cake

1 / In a double boiler, dissolve coffee in boiling water and add marshmallows. Cool.
2 / In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream and then mix with the cooled mixture of marshmallows.
3 / In a rectangular dish deep enough, spread a layer of graham crackers, a row of cream and so on.
4 / It takes about three or four rows to fill the dish.
5 / Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. (Can be frozen)


You can serve your coffee cake.
